Interface and theme

Open Interface and theme beneath your account in any dashboard. Changes preview immediately. Select Save preferences to keep them or Cancel changes to restore the saved appearance.

Appearance

Dark is the default monochrome theme. Light, Pure light, Classic dark, Midnight blue and Custom are also available. System preference follows your device, with separate light and dark choices.

Custom colors use six-digit hex values and require at least 7:1 foreground/background contrast. Invalid colors remain in the editor until corrected; they do not replace the last usable preview.

Code theme controls code snippets independently, or follows your interface.

Navigation and text

In App sidebar → Customize, select a dashboard, hide optional pages or move them up and down within their section. Hidden pages remain accessible through links. Hiding a page never changes your permissions. Your personal settings remain accessible.

Badge style chooses a count, a dot or no badge wherever a navigation page supplies one. Some dashboards currently have no optional pages or count badges.

Small, Default and Large change dashboard text sizes. Pointer cursors and underlined text links are independent options.

Motion and animated media

Reduce motion minimizes transitions and decorative animation. Your operating system’s reduced-motion setting is respected even when this switch is off.

Pause animated images and emoji holds message images still. Use the image’s Play control to animate it, and Pause to stop. Static emoji and ordinary text do not animate.

Saved preferences and conflicts

Preferences belong to your company user. They apply across the four dashboards for that company; they do not change anyone else’s interface. Another open dashboard refreshes saved settings when it regains focus, unless you are previewing an unsaved change.

If another tab saves first, your save is rejected rather than overwriting its changes. Use Reload preferences to load the latest settings and apply your edits again. Reset to defaults changes the draft; save to make the reset permanent.
